About Peter
Peter Csizmadia-Honigh is a wine consultant and writer. He is the author of 'The Wines of India, a Concise Guide' (The Press Publishing, 2015) and his articles have appeared in Sommelier India, The Drinks Business and VinCE Magazine. He is a judge at the Decanter World Wine Awards, the International Wine & Spirit Competition and the International Wine Challenge.
Peter is also co-proprietor of Royal Somló Vineyards, crafting Juhfark wines for Michelin-star restaurants. Between 2005 and 2014 he was responsible for the Institute of Masters of Wine’s study and examination programme in Europe, North America and Australasia. 
He is a graduate of Eötvös University in Budapest and the Budapest Business School. He holds the WSET Diploma in wines & spirits and is a certified sherry educator. Csizmadia-Honigh consults businesses & hosts wine courses, tastings, presentations and talks.
